This is provided by default for Bash, Python, and other command-lines, but as we are implementing our own command line here we have to do it ourselves. We know that the arrow keys Left and Right correspond to the sequences of character-codes 27 91 68, 27 91 67, so we can put in code to check for those and appropiately move the cursor index variable
